Waste Management

Waste Management is the company that picks up garbage, recycling, and compost from the Sixty-01 property. 
Listed below are flyers, provided by Waste Management, with information on appropriate ways to dispose of typical household items.

Trash Collection


Weekly Scheduled Pickup - WEDNESDAYS after 7:00 AM

1. Place cans along collection points (edge of the street) no later than 7:00 AM on Wednesdays. 
2. Return cans to your carport the same day.

IMPORTANT
- Garbage cans must have lids and be kept inside carports, except on collection day.
- All garbage must be in a can, no garbage will be picked up if it is left to the side - please take any excess garbage to the nearest satellite dumpster (fines may apply).
- Sixty-01 staff will NOT go into any carport to pick up garbage.

It is the responsibility of each resident to follow the above schedule to insure regular pick-up and prevent accumulation of trash, which would be unsightly, unhealthy, and unsanitary.


Recycling Collection

Weekly Scheduled Pickup - FRIDAYS after 7:00 AM

1. Place cans along collection points (edge of the street) no later than 7:00 AM on Fridays. 
2. Return cans to your carport the same day.

IMPORTANT
- Recycling cans must be provided by Waste Management/Sixty-01.
- Recycling cans must be kept inside carports, except on collection day.
- All recycling must be in a can, recycling will not be picked up if it is left to the side of a full can (with the exception of broken down boxes that are stacked neatly next to the recycling bin
- Waste Management staff will NOT go into any carport to pick up garbage.

Sixty-01 does not remove remodel debris, furniture, or other large items. Please take these to:
