Sixty-01 does not maintain a sales or rental office.
Owners have the option of displaying ads for their unit on a public kiosk near the property's main entrance. Located on the west side of 140th Avenue NE, the kiosk displays ads of units for sale and for rent.See below for a description of each type of unit at Sixty-01, including floor plans. |

Sales Information
Of their own choosing, individual owners of Sixty-01 units handle sales of their unit through ordinary realtors and/or websites that specialize in such. The Association makes no recommendations of preferred sales agents but owners looking to list may want to consider one of the following, each of which has shown over time to be particularly familiar with Sixty-01. Owners should consider all options before contracting with a real estate agent.

Registration Information
All new owners and renters are required to register with the Administration Office located in the Clubhouse at Sixty-01.
To register, you will need:
- Completed Registration Packet
- $150.00 Registration fee - Unless paid through Escrow
(Check or Money Order - we do NOT accept cash or card)
- Copy of Photo IDs for all individuals over 18 who will be residing in the unit
- Copy of Lease agreement or Proof of Ownership (HUD/Closing Docs)
- Copy of Vehicle Registration(s)
Rental Information
Individual owners choose how they wish to advertise and manage renting their Sixty-01 unit. Typically, they advertise on websites (like Craigslist.com) or with the many realtors who handle private apartment rentals. If you are an owner looking for property management, consider contacting:
